We are happy to explain the basics of nutrition to you. We focus in particular on the role of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals). We are sure that with this sound understanding you can ensure your success with the change in diet.

Nutrition questionnaire - dive deep into your habits

With our nutrition questionnaire, we dive into the depths of your habits together and identify your current eating habits. We discuss everything you would like to change and find out where you still have potential for optimisation.

Caliper measurement and measuring tape - the status quo

With the help of the caliper measurement and a mass data serve as a basis for further planning.

The nutrition log - your daily companion. We explain how to keep a nutrition log and go through it with you. This is an important step in monitoring your progress and making adjustments.

Next steps - continuous support

For the next seven days, you will keep the food log and send it to us. Based on this data, we will draw up a detailed summary.
